Dr. Keimi Harada

"My study abroad experience has encouraged me throughout my life."

As a Fulbright graduate student, Dr. Harada studied Architectural Design at Rice University. He was the first architect in Japan to be elected Mayor, serving Minato City in Tokyo from 2000 to 2004. Through his involvement in various organizations, Dr. Harada actively promotes international exchange. He is a board member of the Tokyo Fulbright Association, the Asia-Japan Representative for the International Forum of Young Architects, and a Visiting Professor for the International Academy of Architecture.
